In June we went to Palm Springs - our annual trip to the hot desert. The boys played lots of golf and and the girls sat by the pool and shopped. We were so fortunate that the kids could come out. Both Sandra and Tyler and Jim and Stephanie came out and for one night we had them there together then Sandra and Tyler had to go home, Steph stayed longer. Debbie and Dan had their son Kevin and his wife Kim there. It was so wonderful to have the family together as we get on so well. It was a fun few days where I slept in late, rested and had a great time with the girls. Lots of talking went on, Sandra and Kim stayed up until afer 2 in the morning sitting in the spa having 'girl talk'.

It is so special to be able to spend so much time with the girls. It was a great couple of days.
